Why The Term "Being Professional" Is Dead

I have heard "be professional" since my first Take Your Daughter To Work Day when I was about ten. It always seemed odd to me to dress uncomfortably, fake smile at mean people, and worst of all go to a job I didn't even like or feel confident at. Yet, this term "being professional" has continued to ring through our reality, and the more time that goes by, the more I just don't get it! Hence Biz Alchemy. I am here to change paradigms because there IS a better way, we just need to accept it! We must choose authenticity and living in our Zone of Genius if we want to thrive, not just survive, with the upcoming celestial and cultural resets of 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027.

Hear me out. I know for a fact a fancy blouse can't cover up a broken heart. A broken heart results in clinical depression, loneliness, and an inability to feel focused or confident, and ends up costing companies money through health issues and ailments. 

Guys. A tie constricts blood flow to your brain. And blood flow is blood flow. If you aren't getting proper blood flow to your head, you're probably not going to get adequate blood flow to your pen*s. Plus, blood flow is the #1 predictor of Alzheimer's Disease and forgetting where you are and who you are is definitely not sexy.

If you follow high-level, high-quality coaches, you understand that being authentic is the most trending topic. What if you could get paid and make money easily simply by just being you? 

And that could be dressing more YOU, wearing glitter eyeshadow, or choosing to be vulnerable with an employee that you may need a few days off while you grieve your breakup. Authenticity is a trending topic but do you understand what that really means in work culture? 

It really is that easy. If you don't believe it to be true, it's simply because you haven't seen it done yet. It only takes one person to change the way we perceive work, soul purpose, and money, and I hope you find this person so you can really understand this concept. I am fortunate to have many mentors who are making 7 and 8 figures being themselves unapologetically and in their full integrity. (I'm not gonna lie, it's SO hot when they kick someone out of a Zoom meeting because that person is bringing the vibe down!)

At the end of the day, we're all just people doing our best on this crazy planet. We all have our issues, challenges, and hardships. By being authentic, and responsible for our own thoughts and behaviors, and we agree to live by The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, we can build empires that will positively benefit humanity and our future generations.
